After contacting Jasmin from Inspect365 via Email, I was provided with a clear statement of what is included in each stage, how the visits are done, how the reports will be provided and pricing details which is very reasonable. Everything is so genuine. My builder had forgotten to inform Inspect365 before the slab is poured, which was included in the package what I have paid for Inspect365. After mentioning the above, Inspect365 added "Post Construction Defect and Tolerance Report (Optional 6th Stage)" to my package for the missed stage1 inspection. Which proves the professionalism and customer friendly service of Inspect365. The second stage of the construction will be done this Friday and I am excited to get the service from Inspect365 for the first time. ~ Kushan R

Used Inspect365 for our building and pest inspection prior to our recent home purchase. Excellent service and an incredibly in-depth report provided (including photos). Most of the terminology in the report is easy enough to comprehend and was forwarded to us very quickly. Extremely pleasant process from speaking with reception, to dealing with building inspector to payment. No problems at all. Would be good for marketing purposes if the inspector had a fully ‘company marked’ vehicle or uniform. I do understand that they could be sub-contracted though, so not a big deal. Regardless, a very professional company that I would highly recommend, for what should be an integral step prior to any home purchase. ~ Derrick A

Couldn't recommend inspect365 highly enough, Matt was tasked with completing my inspection and the amount of professionalism shown was beyond my greatest expectations. Matts report was extremely detailed in providing the information I needed regarding the inspection and he made it easy to understand, furthermore Matt was very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had about the report. Matt also complimented the report with photos and explanations for each section completed. Above all else Matt was a great bloke and genuinely cared about his job and expressed how important it was that he does it to a high standard as buying a house is a huge commitment for anyone. We recently engaged Inspect365 to complete a pre-purchase building and pest inspection on a property we are about to settle on in Melbournes North-Western suburbs. The inspector (Tony C) was very thorough and as I was there at the time of the inspection he could indicate to me any areas of concern. It was great and reassuring to have someone inspect the property who knew the area well and had built homes in the area previously so knew how the homes of the era were constructed. Overall the report is very comprehensive and has left us at ease knowing we have made a good purchase. Couldn't recommend Paul enough. I sent in the submission form requiring it urgently and Paul got back to me not even within 2 minutes. Paul came to the property I requested for inspection and have taken pictures and noted even the smallest details possible to ensure the property was inspected thoroughly and carefully. It turned out almost 300 pages! This shows how much they put things into details. Once the inspection was done, I received the report almost immediately from Inspect365 and Paul, himself, personally called me to talk and work me through all the inspections he has noted and taken to ensure that I've understood everything. Marcus was our inspector and I have nothing but great things to say! He was extremely quick, very thorough, and was always available to discuss any questions or communicate. This inspection saved us from buying an extremely expensive repair on a house, that looked completely perfect! There is no way any normal person would be able to find these issues in a clean, young, modern house. This guy will literally find every possible issue, even if it seems invisible. He even informs what professional you should contact for EACH individual issue so you know where to look to get repairs. I’ve used Inspect365 twice now and had Paul both times for the inspection. Extremely thorough report which I received within 2 hours of the inspection. Paul was fantastic running through any concerns over the phone in detail and gave great advice for general home maintenance for future, this really helped especially being a first home buyer. I thought this level of customer service was a thing of the past! As all purchases of property are, we were nervous that our new home might in fact not be as it appeared, structurally. Outstanding service from Inspect365. With only 2 days warning they booked in Tony to do an incredibly detailed inspection which included thermal imaging and a drone to inspect the roof. We had had great concerns about the quality of the building and were being forced into settlement. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. Both Ray and Matt have been so easy to deal with, I've booked a number of inspections with them and they they have always gone above and beyond to help out. Their reports are fantastic, their prices are great and they are both just absolutely top blokes. When you're on the phone to them, it feels exactly like you're phoning up a mate. Inspect365, especially Tony, who performed our inspection were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Tony’s report was thorough and clearly identified areas of the property which allowed us to negotiate in our contract. Had a really good experience with this company as a first home buyer they were very thorough and made sure they included everything in their report. I didn't understand a few things and rang the inspector and he explained them very easy to myself, made sure he answered all my questions and even advised me on certain repairs. The only thing that let them down is that they only advised things to be inspected further in their report by certain trades but when speaking to the inspector he clarified everything was ok just certain things may need to be looked at further for the long term ~ Shannon

Very thorough inspections and I really appreciate their honesty. The reason I have jumped on here, is that the 1 star review belows is about my house which I sold previously, long list of issues which all appear correct! The 1 star review person knew full well what the issues were and what was required but colluded with the real estate agent to try and make a claim for breach in contract. Don't trust the negative review from the 1 star review from a month ago!!! They are angry because they cant get away with falsifying evidence. ~ The N

I recently purchased a property after an inspection was completed by Nathan from Inspect365. He took the time to explain the report and answered any questions asked.
