We recently engaged Inspect365 to complete a pre-purchase building and pest inspection on a property we are about to settle on in Melbournes North-Western suburbs. The inspector (Tony C) was very thorough and as I was there at the time of the inspection he could indicate to me any areas of concern. It was great and reassuring to have someone inspect the property who knew the area well and had built homes in the area previously so knew how the homes of the era were constructed. Overall the report is very comprehensive and has left us at ease knowing we have made a good purchase. After contacting Jasmin from Inspect365 via Email, I was provided with a clear statement of what is included in each stage, how the visits are done, how the reports will be provided and pricing details which is very reasonable. Everything is so genuine. My builder had forgotten to inform Inspect365 before the slab is poured, which was included in the package what I have paid for Inspect365. After mentioning the above, Inspect365 added "Post Construction Defect and Tolerance Report (Optional 6th Stage)" to my package for the missed stage1 inspection. Which proves the professionalism and customer friendly service of Inspect365. The second stage of the construction will be done this Friday and I am excited to get the service from Inspect365 for the first time. ~ Kushan R
Used Inspect365 for our building and pest inspection prior to our recent home purchase. Excellent service and an incredibly in-depth report provided (including photos). Most of the terminology in the report is easy enough to comprehend and was forwarded to us very quickly. Extremely pleasant process from speaking with reception, to dealing with building inspector to payment. No problems at all. Would be good for marketing purposes if the inspector had a fully ‘company marked’ vehicle or uniform. I do understand that they could be sub-contracted though, so not a big deal. Regardless, a very professional company that I would highly recommend, for what should be an integral step prior to any home purchase. ~ Derrick A
