Nathan was extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable throughout the inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly, pointed out issues that we may not have noticed ourselves, and provided honest and practical advice without making us feel rushed.

After contacting Jasmin from Inspect365 via Email, I was provided with a clear statement of what is included in each stage, how the visits are done, how the reports will be provided and pricing details which is very reasonable. Everything is so genuine.
My builder had forgotten to inform Inspect365 before the slab is poured, which was included in the package what I have paid for Inspect365. After mentioning the above, Inspect365 added "Post Construction Defect and Tolerance Report (Optional 6th Stage)" to my package for the missed stage1 inspection. Which proves the professionalism and customer friendly service of Inspect365.
The second stage of the construction will be done this Friday and I am excited to get the service from Inspect365 for the first time.

I recommend every First Home Buyer, immigrant calling AUS home, someone how doesn't understand how inspections work to get into business with Nathan at Inspect365.
His report was detailed and he took time and explained every specific detail he noticed at the property.
My wife and I reviewed many inspectors available online but we got lucky and found Nath and team. His reports helped us gauge the property better and potentially saved big $$$ in future. Money was well spent here.
I recommend drone inspection to all. Please spend some extra $ now and get your roof inspected. His drone shots were also very well taken.
